Impact: Bounce Rate is a measurement of how many users visit a website and immediately leave. It can be seen as an indicator of how well matched your content is to what the search engines think you are, or what your pages rank for.
As your website's health improves over an SEO campaign, it's normal to see the bounce rate slowly go down. There are rare occasions it will go up again, usually when the search engines make algorithm adjustments, or if any page starts to rank for a topic it's not really related to, like if a popular band suddenly has the same name as your company and their fans are finding you.
